Algerian Solitaire is a popular single-player card game that is played with a standard deck of 52 playing cards. The game is similar to traditional solitaire, but with some differences in the layout and rules.

The game begins with a tableau of cards arranged in three rows. The first two rows contain five cards each, and the third row contains six cards. The remaining cards are placed in a stock pile, which can be used to draw cards when no more moves are possible.

The objective of the game is to move all the cards from the tableau to the foundation piles in ascending order by suit, starting with Ace and ending with King. Only the top card of each tableau pile and the cards in the waste pile can be moved.

Cards can be moved to another tableau pile if the card being moved is one rank lower and of the opposite color of the card it's being placed on. For example, a black 7 can be placed on a red 8, and vice versa.

When a tableau pile is cleared, it can be used to store any card, regardless of its rank or color. The game ends when all cards are moved to the foundation piles, or when no more moves can be made.

Algerian Solitaire is a challenging and entertaining game that requires strategy and skill to win. It's a great way to pass the time and exercise your brain.
